Sedan_Saloon

Sedan or Saloon is a type of body of a typical passenger car.  A three-volume where the trunk lid does not include the rear glass, so that it is fixed and the trunk is separated from the cab.
The boot extends horizontally from the bottom of the rear glass few tens of centimeters backwards. The number of gates is the side door, almost always two or four.  The two-door sedans are known in some countries as a Coach while other are called Coupé (although in a somewhat erratic).

The sedans in society
In most countries, the sedans are psychologically linked to high-end cars, while in some regions the vehicles hatchback are considered cheap and inferior to sedans. Also, in several countries, sedan cars are representative of dignitaries and other public figures.

However, there are sedans of all sizes at an affordable price, for car fleet markets or continuous use, such as taxis, police cars and utility vehicles and generally being backward models of newer vehicles, this as a to reduce the acquisition cost to the owners, but can also be a kind of reliable and affordable car better looking for a person or middle class family and a blank canvas for fans tuning .
