The car is competent of reaching from 0–100 mph in about 6.7 seconds along with a maximum speed of 225 mph. The body work includes larger cooling duct on both the sides of the car, and the aerodynamics has been derived from the aerodynamic configuration of a GTR race car.

Hennessey Z700 Corvette ZR1 Limited Edition 2010

The car show pack begins by upgrading the LS9's supercharger, exhaust and air induction systems, which is then dyno tuned to 705 bhp. However, this is just the beginning. Further upgrades contain lightweight carbon-fiber wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires, which reduces rotating weight by nearly 60 lbs.

The Z700 is capable of going from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 2.9 seconds and will do 0 to 100 miles per hour in 6.4 seconds. Remember when 6.4 seconds was fast just for 0 to 60 miles per hour? You also get an amazing 10.6 second sprint in the quarter mile at top speeds in excess of 134 miles per hour.
