As has happened with the latest generation of the Audi RS4 , the Audi RS6 may appear only with familiar body, following the trail marked the firm nearly 20 years ago with the legendary Audi RS2 Avant.
However, it is also possible that the four-door body is later released, as occurred with previous generation. First launched with Avant body but the sedan variant was introduced when we performed a facelift to the entire A6 range.
Whenever aesthetics will be continuity, the main question is which hide engine under the hood. It seems difficult to repeat the 5.2 V10 engine shared with Lamborghini, due to their inefficiency to the present times, so the pools point to the same block 4.0 V8 used in the S6 but boosted to a figure close to the 580 hp RS6 outgoing , attached to a gearbox dual clutch S-Tronic and quattro all-wheel drive required.
The changes just mentioned are very impressive, and this can be seen quickly as it takes for the new Audi S6 2013 in inertia to accelerate from 60 mph, it takes just 3.7 seconds (5.4 seconds instead of the previous model). The speed limit of this new edition is limited electronically to 155 mph, but is reportedly capable of reaching as many as 190 mph.
With all the changes, reported that the Audi S6 sedan 2013 is an excellent performance - thanks to the low friction engine and cylinder deactivation - so you can get to 17mpg in city and 26mpg highway.
